Floyd Mayweather Deletes Any & All Mention Of His Upcoming New Year's Eve Fight With Tenshin Nasukawa From His Instagram
There have been a TON of questions regarding Floyd Mayweather’s “special rules” bout with kickboxing phenom Tenshin Nasukawa in RIZIN since it was announced in Tokyo on Sunday night. One of which, possibly the most asked question of them all, being: “Is this thing REALLY gonna happen?”
At this point – after Mayweather has taken it upon himself to delete every single mention of the fight from his Instagram page – I’m guessing the answer to that question is: no. I mean, to be completely honest, I think my answer would’ve been no before I even realized Mayweather had deleted any and all mention of it from his Instagram page earlier today (because WHO IN THE FUCK is paying Floyd for this?!), but now that he’s treatin’ it like it’s an ex-girlfriend it’s a much safer assumption.
Don’t write it off officially, because we all know there’s been post-breakup delete misfires (as evident by Paulina Gretzky/Dustin Johnson), but definitely keep your eyes and ears open for a potential cancellation announcement in the coming days (and hey, possibly hours).
P.S. McGregor should one-THOUSAND-percent take credit for “Making Floyd come to his senses” because of that Instagram post where he ripped Floyd a new one for this…
P.P.S. De La Hoya in the fishnets will never not crack me up.
